Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Procurement Buyer to join our team! As a Procurement Buyer, you will be responsible for assisting with the procurement process, including preparation of purchase orders, order tracking, contract management and contract negotiation.
Scope:
Supports the strategic goals and initiatives of the Company, as well as the daily operations, by providing goods and services to support these goals and operations, while contributing to the achievement of the Company's financial objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and processing purchase orders in Oracle.
- Works with suppliers to achieve on-time delivery of goods and services to meet company goals and objectives.
- Develop reporting and tracking to assist in identifying trends, forecasting spend and providing stakeholders with relevant information on procurement performance.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, PO status and contracts.
- Works with Corporate Engineering, Construction, Logistics and assigned business groups to validate and authorize products for purchase, to meet business units' goals and objectives.
- Ensures compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures.
- Participate in negotiating pricing, terms and conditions with various suppliers to achieve lowest delivered costs, while achieving highest quality standards.
- Facilitates meetings with Suppliers to do performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Reliable and a self-starter

- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to support and work with all levels of internal customers
- 1-3 years Procurement experience preferred
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle's Procurement system

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in Colorado. The pay range at the time of posting in the specified locations is $75,000 - $90,000/year. Pay ranges are supplied in compliance with Colorado law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience.
