SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews and monitors EMR/data base records to ensure the documentation complies with regulations and internal quality control practices. Operates as support to the agency's electronic health management system (EMR) and provides operational and training support to staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with computerized data systems, preferable electronic health record systems. Strong people skills to provide excellent internal and external customer service along with an ability to set and meet deadlines is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES:
Reviews client and account source services and forms in database by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or flagging incomplete documents to primary staff/supervisor for resolution.
Monitors staff-entry into database for timeliness and accuracy and ensures completed and required documentation procedures are adhered to.
Verifies entered client and account data by review and audit, to ensure correct codes and funding sources have been utilized.
Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data. • Maintains inter- and intradepartmental workflow by fostering a spirit of cooperation.

Completes all other duties and special projects as assigned.
