Weâre looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Operations team. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manage and working closely with the APAC Retail go-to-market team, this role is responsible for supporting the operations of the Sales department. If youâre an organized, ambitious, and intelligent person who is looking for a dynamic position within a fast-paced, growing organization, then this is the position for you.
What youâll be doing:
- Provide sales operations with hardware forecasts to ensure risks of stock outages/backorders are minimized
- Supporting sales teams with data entry for applications and submit supporting documentation for the relevant teams
- Monitor existing applications through lifecycles and engage with relevant teams and customers, where necessary, to ensure successful boarding of new merchants
- Action updates to existing accounts related to addresses, banking information and ownership changes
- Support Leadership team members with occasional administrative tasksÂ
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate records in company CRM
- Ensure launch cases are correctly created and received by Launch team with payments being processedÂ

- Experience working in a retail environment (particularly in one of our main verticals) or with CRMâs would be great, but isnât necessary.
