$20M from investors that were first in Robinhood, Discord, Plaid, and Flexport. The Position As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will help define and execute the core strategy processes supporting our SaaS products (Network Inventory and Bill Consolidation) .
This role will interface directly with the VP of Product and the Head of Operations, with a true cross functional lens across product, operations, and GTM.
High potential for the role to mature into a Product Manager or foundational Finance lead, based on career preferences Responsibilities Define and own process to support and scale Lightyear’s Bill Consolidation product including onboarding, ongoing operations, reporting, and financial structure Provide guidance and recommendations on platform configurations to achieve customer use case and business process needs Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Engineering, & Sales, and orchestrate resourcing across each to deliver Lightyear software Work closely with product leadership to synthesize customer feedback and drive new product features Manage junior members of the team to execute relevant activities & hit key metrics Qualifications 2 years experience as a management consultant or investment banker or 2 years of product operations role at consumer or enterprise software co Strong organization and attention to detail skillsets, with ability to manage complex customer processes with minimal oversight High degree of comfort with structuring and solving ambiguous problems & communicating solutions efficiently to all stakeholders Capability in data processing, analysis, and visualization (Excel experience a must, SQL & data visualization tools a bonus) Ability to manage budgets, timelines and resources across multiple concurrent projects, tracking progress against baseline estimates and ensuring on-time delivery to customers Finance / accounting experience preferred Eagerness to work in early startup environments!
