The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking to expand the firm's areas of practice. We are looking to add an experienced attorney with a book of business that specializes in Social Security Disability cases. The candidate will preferably bring a book of business to the firm and compensation will be gauged accordingly. The firm will include an advertising budget to help bring in Social Security Disability cases. This area of law will also include an advertising budget in order to bring in more cases. We are looking for a leader who is able to handle cases from the beginning, through hearings and distribution. The opening for this position is in the Tampa or Orlando office.

Qualifications:
- The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling social security disability claims in Florida that is aggressive, detailed, dedicated, and hard-working.
- The candidate must have extensive litigation.
- The candidate must have experience with depositions, and hearings, developing and presenting PowerPoint presentations at mediations, and participate in final hearings and arbitrations.
- Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar Admission in good standing.
Salary & Benefits:
- The pay range is dependent upon experience. The range of pay is $150,000-$250,000 per year depending on the candidate's performance, work ethic, and commission. The candidate has the potential to make more.
- $100,000.00 life insurance policy paid by the Firm.
- 1-week vacation after six months of employment, 2 weeks vacation after one year of employment, and three 3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.
- 6 federal holidays off per year.
- 6 personal/sick days per year.
- Health insurance (4 different options to choose from including a Health Saving Account – HAS option) basic packet health insurance paid in full by the firm.
- Dental, Vision paid in full by the firm.
- Discounted JCC membership.
- Benefits are available on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
