About this role:
We are looking for an engineering leader to manage multiple product engineering teams building the future of personalization based on the shopper's emotional context. In this role, you will partner with the product, business, machine learning and styling teams to evolve the technical strategy and scale the team to execute on the goals.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Partner with senior leadership in Engineering and Product to set the vision and strategy for technology and own the timely delivery on the roadmap
- Drive key decisions on architecture, infrastructure and implementation of highly reliable and scalable AI platforms
- Working with the Executive team on Strategic Planning and then assisting with communicating and implementing with key stake holders
- Grow and mentor an exceptional team of engineers and leaders by setting clear goals and giving them actionable feedback
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in engineering processes/workflows and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver high quality work
- Build strong alignment and partnerships with product, machine learning and styling teams
