Who You Are...
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you are responsible for sourcing and recruiting talented candidates for assigned open positions. This role serves as an instrumental component in the development and communication of the Company's employment value proposition and culture, while demonstrably impacting overall business results.
This Position...
Some examples of the work you might do includes:
- Partners with teams across the Company to provide best practices in talent acquisition.
- Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates in the marketplace.
- Builds relationships throughout the organization to be recognized as a strategic business partner and gain insight on operations, in order to facilitate a clear understanding of the needs and priorities of the branch.
- Develops strategies to attract early career candidates with ability to upskill.
- Builds relationships with colleges and universities and attends career fairs.
- Continuously sources to build a candidate pipeline (active and passive) aligned with business needs.
- Utilizes ATS (and other in-house systems) to collect and analyze data to maintain current statistics.
- Partners with Marketing to advertise for/source potential candidates on social media and job boards.
- Champions diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the employee experience, leading to measurable improvement in availability and selection of diverse candidates for the Company.
- Supports talent acquisition to create and promote an employment brand, culture, and recruitment strategy that appeals to diverse applicants and removes bias.
What You Need...
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years of experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels.
- Experience in sourcing passive recruitment, including cold calling.
- Demonstrated passion for company culture, people development, and building team environments.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and respond to change with ease and adaptability.
- Capacity to effectively communicate across diverse audiences, projects, and outcomes.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle competing deadlines.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A/E/C industry experience.

Work Environment:
- This position operates primarily in an office environment, and routinely utilizes standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets.
