Lime is hiring a Manager, CRM & Lifecycle to join our dynamic team! In this position you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Rider Growth initiatives. You will guide a team of analysts and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute lifecycle campaigns and rider communications that enhance the rider experience, increase engagement and maximize rider lifetime value.
\n- Identify strategic "rider moments" and develop a series of lifecycle campaigns to improve engagement, frequency and retention.
- Evaluate the full rider journey across touchpoints and create measurable plans to enhance rider lifetime value.
- Drive testing strategy, crafting strong AB tests, analyzing data, sharing results and proposing next steps.
- Leverage our new Rider segmentation strategy and supporting data to ensure we’re targeting the right users at the right time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify conversion and retention drivers, influencing campaign development.
- Create, audit, and update a library of playbooks for rider communications, optimizing channel usage and team resources.
- Partner with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to develop a roadmap that unlocks advanced communication capabilities and insights.
- Develop and manage the monthly Lifecycle & Rider Communication calendar for all markets and rider cohorts.
- 5 years of experience in CRM with a demonstrated background delivering sophisticated and impactful consumer lifecycle and communication campaigns.
- Experience in managing and coaching a team of analysts.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and mapping customer journeys using tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, Snowflake, and Braze.
- Strategic thinker with a practical approach, willing to take a hands-on role when necessary.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience working in a remote environment with diverse cultures and time zones.
- Relevant mobile app, transportation or start-up experience preferred.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $98,000.00 - $162,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
