Comptroller/ Accountant

Job Description

LimeWorks.us is looking for a Comptroller to manage our strategic financial planning initiatives, monitor financial checks and controls to ensure integrity in financial reporting, and carry out all necessary accounting tasks. The Comptrollers responsibilities will involve, but not be limited to the following:

• Prepares information to help with strategic financial planning
• Handles accounts payable and receivable
• Maintains payroll
• Records data in a computerized accounting system and performing monthly tasks, such as preparing income statements and balance sheets
• Helps to balance and maintain company warehoused inventories in forecast of yearly goods sold
• Complies with local and federal tax filing requirements
• Formulates financial policies and procedures
• Aids in all HR functions regarding renumeration for employees

Educational Requirements

• Associates degree for accounting, business, finance, or similar field required. A Batchelor's degree in business or accounting or certification as a Certified Public Accountant is a plus but not required.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of relevant job experience preferred

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
