Job Posting for Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Limitless Law PLLC
Our small, growing law firm in Bellingham is adding an experienced paralegal or legal assistant to our team. If you enjoy talking to people and helping with an interesting variety of legal projects, this position might be a great fit for you.
Our new team member must have:
At least two years of previous experience working in a law firm
Familiarity with paperless office technology and case-management software
Previous paralegal or legal assistant experience involving drafting business contracts, real estate documents, estate planning or probate documents
Experience with legal conflict-checking procedures
This position involves:
Answering and returning calls and emails from our clients
Scheduling appointments and gathering information from prospective clients to onboard them with our firm
Drafting legal documents, including estate plans, real estate documents, probate pleadings and bankruptcy petitions
