- Process and deposits received Checks electronically from office
- Run A/R report
- Make collection calls/emails/follow ups
- Track and maintain A/R calls/emails in spreadsheet
- Review and prepare A/P check(s) for signing
- Running monthly Billing Runs
- Reconcile bank accounts credit cards, investment accounts, and petty cash
- Update/maintain sub-contractor's invoicing
- check and order Office supplies as needed

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
