What you'll be doing
- Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments / trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
- Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and / or departmental / enterprise initiatives.
- Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal / external stakeholders on more complex assignments / project.
- Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality.
- Consults / Analyze on more complex assignments and / or projects.
- Contributes to product vision & value proposition based on customer needs and input, market and competitive information
- Acts as a resource to contribute to the overall product strategy & road-map; defines enhancements for assigned products
- Provides technical support related to product development & management activities and addresses day-to-day inquiries & escalated issues from home office & field associates
- Acts as a liaison for LFG and product-related vendor teams to ensure effective & efficient service delivery; identifies and resolves more complex issues and escalates as needed to senior team members or management
- Collaborates with product marketing partners to create effective product positioning & marketing campaigns
- Reviews and evaluates marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency with objectives
- Presents product reviews and recommendations
- Consults and supports internal business partners throughout the product life cycle
- Supports overall product promotion, marketing, training and communication
- Develops product-related training materials and participates in training presentations for internal & external clients
- Stays up-to-date on industry & regulatory changes that impact the product line; collaborates with Legal and Compliance to ensure product offering remains compliant with legislation & regulatory changes
- Assists with gathering, reviewing, and synthesizing competitive intelligence data to identify trends & opportunities; contributes to product initiatives to capitalize on them
- Monitors the employee benefit market frequently and stays up-to-date on industry trends and identifies new opportunities for innovation
- Works with operations, actuarial, underwriting, and finance teams to manage product risk drivers, while ensuring continued market success
- Proactively works with internal & external partners to enhance sales performance and meet persistency & profitability expectations
What we’re looking for
Must-haves :
- 3 - 5 Years of experience in group insurance or employee benefits directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this role (Required)
- Experience with Paid Family Medical Leave, Absence, Short Term Disability, and Statutory Disability and products
- 4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)(Minimum Required)

Pay Range : $67,000 - $120,700 Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
