The Role at a Glance
As the Specialist, of Enterprise Ethics and Compliance, you will develop, implement and promote awareness of the Privacy policies across the enterprise in your areas of responsibility.
What you'll be doing:
- Investigate, research, assess, and respond to Privacy incidents and develops safeguards to eliminate future breaches of the organization's policies.
- Develop and implement Privacy policies and procedures for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Promote awareness of the organization's Privacy policies within their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Collaborate on corrective actions for identified compliance weaknesses.
- Draft correspondence to regulators based on a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of the substantive issues presented.
- Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Ensure all pertinent data is reported to all applicable internal and/or external stakeholders (e.g. regulatory bodies such as FINRA) that require specified information.
- Escalate Privacy issues/concerns/complaints to managements needed.
- Comply with departmental and regulatory guidelines relating to timeliness, fairness, record-keeping laws and regulations, documentation, and reporting.
What we're looking for:
Must have:
- 1 - 3 Years in Enterprise Ethics and Compliance that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (Required)
- Paralegal certificate
- Excellent command of Excel for reporting functions
- Adaptability to new technologies and platforms
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid/Home : Employees will work from home generally three days each week and come into a Lincoln office on a schedule their manager will help set, following any applicable in-office training period determined by their manager.
