The Role at a Glance
As a Territory Business Coordinator, you will perform and deliver on routine assignments for your assigned area(s)of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. In this position, you will beresponsible for providing operational, event and marketing support to specifically assigned MoneyGuard Sales Channel(s).
What you'll be doing
  • Support proactive channel & territory efforts as needed to execute on channel strategy & business plans,segmentation, and other routine tasks and responsibilities.
  • Aid in driving adoption of technology tools.
  • Channel Marketing and Value-Add Campaign Management and Maintenance
  • Campaign list creation following established standards
  • Identify and maintain contacts in salesforce
  • Create wholesaler specific reports when needed
  • Execute campaigns on behalf of wholesalers where appropriate
  • Channel Meeting & Event Follow up
  • Create and deliver event/ meeting invites as needed
  • Run campaign reports
  • Reconcile attendee lists, research differences, and clean up data in Salesforce as identified
  • Wholesaler reporting for follow up
  • Contact Management Support, Clean up & Maintenance in Salesforce
  • Utilize available technology tools to support tasks (Salesforce, Excel, Mail Merge, Digital Marketing Center,Procurement, etc.)
  • Manage open system / contact requests submitted by the business, including validating completed itemsand tracking completion on outstanding requests
  • Order gifts and promotional items in support of channel initiatives
  • Coordination with Marketing lists & contacts – managing removals and communication with Marketing
  • Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards.
  • Applies expanded knowledge obtained from the role in increasingly more complex situations and continuesto acquire more knowledge to apply in role.
  • Proactively builds relationships with channel stakeholders / liaisons as needed through activecommunication, and achievement of quality service for partners.
  • Provides a diverse range of information and performs a diverse range of tasks/transactions related tocommon programs and services.
  • Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
  • Delivers routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timelymanner and meets deadlines appropriately.
  • Makes routine & non-routine decisions, applying limited but increasingly more discretion within role exceptfor matters of significance which affect the business as a whole or a significant part of it, in accordance withestablished procedures & guidelines
  • Provides consultative support and partners with stakeholders as needed to provide routine and increasinglymore non-routine sales support while maintaining fiscal discipline and adherence to customer andregulatory requirements.
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
  • 2 - 3 Years of overall experience
  • High School or GED
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment; Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.
  • Demonstrated solid relationship management skills with internal and/or external clients (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers, etc.).
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.

Pay Range: $18.68 - $28.02

Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
