Manage, lead, and mentor the CSR and outside Service Teams.Make each customer feel as though they are the most important to us.
Exemplify and uphold the companys values of quality and customer service.Manage, communicate, and triage all issues that may arise with our customers.
Provide exceptional service to all customers (internal / external).Assist customers with accomplishing their mission, managing on-time and accurate deliveries, and proactively solving problems.
Conduct outbound calls and site visits to follow up with customers or provide additional information and support.Build professional relationships with both new and existing customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS : 5 years as a Customer Service Manager or higher position.Proven track record of mitigating problems for clients.
Ability to interact positively and build rapport with customers.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proactive and positive attitude.
Capacity to work in a self-directed manner.Exemplify and uphold the companys values of quality and customer service.Ability to train direct reports to meet the expectations for interacting with customers, fulfilling orders, inputting, and tracking data, and utilizing processes.
Capable of handling difficult customers with professionalism and empathy.Ability to work independently and organize work in a manner that ensures accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to handle sensitive information ethically and responsibly.Ability to think strategically and focus on long-term improvements of the customer service team.
Ability to manage, communicate, and triage all issues that may arise with our customers using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
