JOB SUMMARY:
Take direction from Supervisor or lead to accomplish set production goals. This position will load product into an injector per product specifications and inspect and pack product into a box in preparation for shipping while ensuring that all safety procedures and policies are being followed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Participate as an active team member of production in assigned area.
- Assist in training of co-workers as directed.
- Perform repetitive tasks as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with established food safety programs, including HACCP programs, SSOPs and GMPs.
- Effectively communicate with all levels of employees.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Attend meetings and trainings as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
- Ability to work in cool temperatures.

Ability to multitask and work quickly.
a. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes to the needs of production.
b. Must be a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations (less than 3 feet). - Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for entire 8-hour shift.
- Must wear correct job specific PPE as designated by company policy.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Food or production experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
