Work closely with our Director of Marketing, Strategic Innovation Officer and Government-Guaranteed Lending Leadership to provide marketing strategy and support for business banking products and services. Responsible for internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, event, and digital marketing to support business growth.
Develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy to target potential clients.
Create sales decks for our sales team and ensure they represent our brand effectively.
Create and execute on a demand generation strategy to increase leads & conversions.
Write and adapt copy for various platforms with appropriate tone of voice including blogs, websites, articles, emails, social media and press releases.
Assists with proactively maintaining website content to ensure information is up to date.
Perform industry and competitive research/analysis to inform product development and management and the sales process.
Collaborate with an array of cross-functional team members and manage external vendors.
Develop key performance indicators and perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives.
Track record of delivering sustained levels of marketing innovation by identifying, prioritizing, and driving execution of new profitable growth opportunities.
Responsible for preparing projections and budgets and presenting to accounting.
Represent Lincoln Savings Bank in a positive light in all professional duties. Including participation in civic, community, and networking events to cultivate deeper relationships for Lincoln Savings Bank.
Special projects and other functions as required.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
2 years of B2B marketing experience in financial services
Experience writing long-form copy/content and a passion for crafting sales decks.
Experience managing digital marketing channels.
Knowledge of data sources regarding SMB financial needs
Experience managing marketing campaigns in Salesforce
Experience managing CMS websites, email, and direct mail marketing
Knowledge of HubSpot or other marketing automation software
Knowledge of data sources regarding SMB financial needs
