- Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations
- Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty

- Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism
- Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention
- Be responsible for the management of the college fleet and upkeep of all machinery
