What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing Educator position at Lincoln Tech?
Lincoln Tech in New Britain, CT is seeking BSN or MSN registered nurses to teach in our LPN program. Teaching experience is not required, we will provide you with what you need to become a successful instructor.

- Active CT RN license
- 3 years of recent nursing experience
- Med-Surg experience a plus!
- Teaching experience a plus!
- Basic computer skills
Description
- Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or clinical sites
- Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites
- Teach nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice to students to develop skill proficiency
- Evaluate learning outcomes of students and maintain accurate student records
- Prepare students for the NCLEX exam and an exciting career in nursing!
- Teaching experience-a plus
- Proficient with technology
