For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $5,000 sign on for New Grad Registered Nurses, $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible experienced Registered Nurses with 1-3 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 3 years of experience!
- Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Your role:
As an RN at LincolnHealth, you will be working in a clinical position. Your day to day will include typical nursing responsibilities such as independent assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Completion of nursing training from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
- License/Certifications: Active State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure. Current BLS required. Obtains ONS certification card within one year of hire. Maintains active ONS certification once obtained.
- Experience: Minimum one year's nursing experience required.
- Knowledge of nursing processes; health care systems, structure and functions; and community resources.
- Knowledge of chart/medical record documentation requirements and federal/state laws related to release of health care information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with patients, physicians, supervisors and other staff.
- Skill in time management, problem solving, multitasking, prioritizing and medical care coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret physicians’ orders and notes from other providers.
- Ability to calculate and administer drug dosages and injections and measure results.
- Ability to organize and accomplish multiple tasks and to have the flexibility to meet changing demands on a daily basis.
- Ability to maintain a professional manner even under stressful situations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Adhere to all RN requirements
