We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in team management, food service management, and experience in restaurant management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Manage staff and ensure team productivity
- Coordinate and supervise various departments such as food handling, food production, and restaurant management
- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
Skills:
- Strong team management skills
- Proficiency in food service management
- Experience in hotel, banquet, catering, and bartending settings
- Ability to conduct interviews effectively
- Knowledge of food handling and production processes
- Familiarity with restaurant management practices
