Accountant
Principal Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely accounting transactions, records and reports in close coordination and cooperation with CPA.
- Complete analysis of account balances ensuring validity and integrity of Balance Sheet
- Maintain fixed asset records in coordination with Plant Management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and report variances.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including the preparation of estimates and accruals.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Process accounts payable, customer invoicing, debit/credit memos.
- Follow up on customer accounts including customer credit issuances and collection activity.
- Provide financial information, analysis, and support to various stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of monthly Sales & Use Tax Returns
- Participate in Special Projects as necessary.
