Trainer Coordinator

What you will enjoy doing*
- You will participate in the interviewing process of OpTechs
- You will conduct orientation with New Hires
- Sets new hires up with Oracle access, Airwaves, Employee ID's, vending machine access, and benefits
- Direct reporting responsibilities for the first 90 days of new hires (ending with their 90 day review)
- Manages performance and attendance of new hires for first 90 days
- Develops, coordinates and maintains training programs
- Shift training as required for Quality, Safety, Production Process "Reminders", and other problems that arise
- You will design and develop training courses to meet the business unit's safety and business goals
- Reviews, updates, and maintains JSA's, and other operational documentation
What makes you great
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience
- Previous leadership/supervisory and training experience desired
- Able and willing to work any shift as required by the job
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint desired
- Willing to Work extended hours and/or weekends and holidays as required
- Must be proficient in Basic Math
- Experience designing and developing training courses preferred
