What are the responsibilities and job description for the Producer position at Lindeman & Associates?

LA (Lindeman & Associates) launched in 2015 and quickly established itself as a leader in the entertainment advertising space, winning Clio’s Agency of the Year in 2017. LA brings together artists, editors, and storytellers into one hyper-collaborative team specializing in crafting iconic 360º campaigns. Lindeman & Associates is seeking a Producer to manage a team of designers and support staff working on projects for one of our largest technology clients. This is a remote, work from home, position.

 

Responsibilities:

• Act as client contact overseeing the workload of an in-house team of 20-30

employees;

• Provide resource management assistance to client team in order to most

effectively address workflow bottlenecks;

• Work within agency project management system to assess daily/weekly

workloads and attempt to identify potential bottlenecks before they occur;

• As needed, manage team schedules and workflow for a designated lane of

creative work;

• Work with HR to ensure all team members have completed requisite paperwork

and background checks prior to beginning assignments;

• Oversee hours-tracking and the weekly inputting of time for the employees on

the team;

• Oversee the freelance flex program that provides client assistance and track

hours & budgets against freelance assignments;

• Work with IT department to ensure freelance team members are provided

proper hardware & software and return said equipment at the end of their

Assignment;

•Conduct quarterly check-ins with team members to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any concerns.

• Conduct an annual performance review for each team member. Also, collaborate with HR as needed. 

• Collaborate effectively with multiple departments, including Payroll, HR, and IT, to ensure seamless operations and support for the creative team.

 

Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;

• Creative and analytical problem-solver;

• Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills;

• Strong organizational and time-management skills;

• Self-motivator able to stay productive in a WFH environment;

• Extremely attentive to detail;

• Knowledge of office software apps required (Microsoft Office or Mac equivalent)

• Knowledge of Wrike project management software preferred;

• Keynote skills preferred;

• Basic knowledge of Adobe CS preferred;

 

Benefits:

  • The starting base compensation range for this position in the selected city is $70,000-100,000 annually. This range depends on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, location, prior experience, and education

  • Proficiency with various computer software and tools and project management platforms (e.g., Wrike), is indispensable. This entails precise manual dexterity and adept eye-hand coordination.
  • Multi-tasking:
  • The role demands adept management of multiple projects concurrently, necessitating the ability to prioritize effectively and seamlessly transition between tasks while upholding meticulous attention to detail.
