- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Experience with bussing tables and assisting in the kitchen is a plus
- Outstanding customer service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences
