Implements HR technologies, aligning HR and people objectives with business strategies, streamlining and standardizing HR policies, practices and processes, transforming the HR organization to be more effective in managing human capital, and managing the business units;
Leads multiple workstreams and/or multiple projects with an understanding of the Workday HCM solutioning;
Configuers and optimizes the Workday HCM Absence Management & Time Tracking module;
Utilizes system application implementations and software configurations;
Provides recommendations based on leading practices and relevant industry experience;
Manages touchpoints with related Workday modules including Talent Management, HCM Core, Advanced Compensation, etc;
Participates and leads client discussions and meetings;
Managing engagements or dedicated workstreams, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
Leads teams across different time zones and offshore centers with the ability to support sales cycle by participating/leading in proposal development and client orals presentations;
Identifies and addresses client needs while building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;
Participates and leads client discussions and meetings;
Manages engagements or dedicated workstreams, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
Supervises teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
Answers questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,
Coaches staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
