The Office Assistant is a reliable and efficient individual responsible for providing administrative support across the organization, assisting with daily tasks to ensure smooth operations. They will assistant all departments and provide project support in coordination with business needs.
Essential Functions:
Assist with accounting, property management and office tasks.
Assist with administrative support.
Assist with daily needs of departments/leadership.
Provide backup support to Office Manager for reception duties.
Assist with organizing company events or meetings
Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organization/attention to detail, time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Ability to work without supervision in a small office environment setting.
Takes initiatives and completes project assignments independently and on time.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry is preferred but not required.
1-2 years office experience preferred.
