Americas IT Team Lead

In this role you will:
- Manage the operational delegation of Help Desk tickets and tasks within the IT department.
- Review completed tasks to ensure minimum quality and compliance standards.
- Perform or responsibly delegate daily check list items for production environment.
- Be there as a day-to-day advisor for team members and support technical gaps with advice and guidance.
- Ensure IT Manager’s prioritisations are executed across the team, in a co-ordinated and planned manner.
- Ensure risks are noted to IT Manager assessments and initiate risk control strategies.
- Support the IT manager in coaching all team members
- Ensure team member training progress reports maintained
- Use their technical knowledge to exemplify quality ticket closures and provide support to the team members to achieve fast effective ticket closures.
- Perform regular appraisal of team member’s performance and supporting improvement plans.
- Assist team members in daily IT Operations such as technical troubleshooting, device builds, and DevOps.
- Ensure IT stock tracking and inventory management kept up to date and balance purchasing with j.i.t. provisioning.
