CSA Estimator
As a CSA Estimator at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role you will: Develop the estimate plan and coordinate the CSA estimate with the project team Lead the development of CSA estimate Prepare and make contingency recommendations on the CSA project Basis of Estimate and Risk Analysis Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization, project objectives and guidelines Build trust and credibility with partners across the business, from 3rd parties to client specialists to contractors and consultants Maintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimates We would love to hear from you if you: Have grown your experience as an Estimator over 10 years with increasing levels of scope and responsibility in a construction environment Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline Are RICS, CEP or CPE chartered or are on the path to complete it. Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing Are detail orientated and quality focused Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
