Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the preventive maintenance and upkeep of all facilities in the Link Restaurant Group family of restaurants.  This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance of all equipment
• Manage supplies inventory such as filters (water and A/C), back-up parts, materials
• Identify exterior and interior painting projects and oversee their completion
• Respond to emergency calls from restaurants
• Track maintenance completion and repair cost on all projects and equipment
• Communicate timelines and repair process to management personnel
• Re-prioritize maintenance projects as needed
• Identify new upkeep/maintenance projects
• Follow-up with contracted vendors
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager to ensure eSSETS platform is updated
•  Schedule and manage outside vendor recurring services, such as power washing of exteriors
• Any additional duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager

Physical Demands

• The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
