This is a full-time position working onsite at LinkVisum headquarters in Vienna, VA.
Primary Experience:
o This role is best for candidates with 2-3 direct experience.
o Critical to the Role: Must have a keen eye for details, be extremely organized, enjoy working with employees, subcontractors and vendors and maintain excellent customer service skills
o Manage Insperity TimeStar time keeping system to include auditing for errors and coordination with staff to correct entries and complete the close out process twice per month
o Administer MS Office SharePoint, providing staff with permission levels and login credentials and creating folders and maintaining the approved layout structure
o Handle accounts payable
o Reconcile credit card statement and employee expense reports and receipts
o Coordinate accounting efforts with our outside accounting/bookkeeper consultant
o Ability to administer basic office systems and multiple software products to include providing staff with login credentials and maintaining accurate user counts and managing the online payables
o Coordinate with our outside IT consultant and act as liaison for the company and staff on software issues and manage the distribution of laptops and repairs for the staff
o Experience handing a variety of administrative office activities, ordering supplies, creating, and distributing email correspondence, managing spreadsheets, records management
o Handle basic office management needs
o Handle office phone system, basic office technical needs such as internet and TV and conference monitor system
o Ability to engage professionally with and staff and vendors
o Experience handling and securing sensitive and confidential files and information
o Experience with data integrity audits
o Above average skills in organization and detail
o Excellent MS Excel and MS Word skills
o Excellent writing and communication skills
o Experience working in an environment that is team player focused and where excellent customer service is a top priority of the company
o Proven experience promoting a culture that is team focused
o Proven experience driving efforts for excellent customer service
