Linus Oakes has an exciting new opportunity for a Dining Attendant.

Essential Job Specific Duties/Responsibilities

  • Performs serving duties in dining rooms or for tray delivery
  • Serves beverages and food as indicated from resident selections.
  • Ensures appearance, quality, and temperature are acceptable from steam table to point of service.
  • Buses and resets tables for next meal.
  • Takes temperatures, using correct procedures and calibrating the thermometer.
  • Performs sanitation procedures correctly.
  • Performs cleaning in kitchens, workstations, and other assigned cleaning.
  • Wears gloves as required, wears apron and hair net, adheres to jewelry and fingernail standards, and washes hands often and between duties.
  • Ensures table and chairs are cleaned daily.
  • Completes setup and cleaning responsibilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.25 - $15.00 per hour

  • 4 hour shift

Weekly day range:

  • Weekends as needed
