Part-time LPN Days or Nights

Job Functions:

Document each resident's condition and nursing needs.

Accurately and promptly implement physicians orders.

Administer medications and perform treatments assigned to residents.

Document treatments as required by company, local and state regulations.

Perform other tasks as assigned by DON.

Qualifications

-Valid LPN License in Ohio

Proven experience in medication administration and dosage calculations

Proficiency in infectious disease protocols

Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs

Experience with catheterization procedures
