- Run various reports for the Report Server to obtain needed customer information.
- Work with operations teams to provide quick and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Develop and provide specs for configured product lines as needed by the customers or outside sales team members.
- Assist with initial contact and setup of new accounts. (credit application, etc)
- Help facilitate and maintain the RGR process with all local production plants.
- Provide daily support to assign outside sales team.
- Variety of other misc. tasks that will vary from day to day.
- Source new sales opportunities and build relationships through phone calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Work with appropriate sales executives to further develop opportunities
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

Preferred Education And Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- System experience with Navision and AX
- System experience with both Navision and AX. Including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge and understanding of LCI’s production processes and procedures.
- Well-spoken individual who can communicate clearly and respectfully with customer (internal & external) via phone or email.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure to meet deadlines/timelines.
- Team player, open to change and changing priorities a must.
- Demonstrated high sense of urgency; organizational skills and time management.
- Possess a strong ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast passed environment.
- Must be able to remain collected in stressful situations
- Capable of working within a team based structure.
- Willing and able to work overtime, when necessary.
- MUST BE CUSTOMER CENTRIC!
- Positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
