At Liquid Agency, we're on the lookout for an approachable, strategic leader to head up our Research and Measurement team. This key role will oversee a brilliant group of researchers and analysts, providing the guidance and mentorship they need to deliver top-tier insights that support our clients' goals.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Craft and execute research methodologies that draw out critical insights on brand tracking, employee engagement, and customer experience.
- Analyze data using tools like Qualtrics to unravel trends, patterns, and correlations that illuminate our path forward.
- Craft compelling data narratives that make complex insights accessible and engaging for non-technical stakeholders.
- Design and manage KPIs and measurement frameworks to keep a pulse on the effectiveness of initiatives across brand, employee, and customer experiences.
- Collaborate closely with various teams within Liquid Agency to share insights, align objectives, and drive strategies.
- Manage crucial vendor relationships with platforms like Qualtrics, UserTesting, and Snowflake, ensuring our partners meet our needs and uphold our standards.

What you bring:
- Education: Advanced degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or Psychology.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a consultancy or agency setting.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams of researchers and/or analysts.
- Research skills: Proven ability to design, execute, and manage both qualitative and quantitative research projects.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software, including but not limited to Qualtrics.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Vendor Management: Experience in managing vendor relationships, ideally with platforms such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, and Snowflake.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, emerging methodologies, and applications of AI in research and measurement.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively across different teams within an organization to achieve shared objectives.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and develop opportunities for ongoing research and measurement work.
- Travel: Able to travel up to 40% as needed to support Liquid’s offices and clients.
