Part-Time Residential Superintendent
The Residential Construction Superintendent will be Liquid Structures, Inc.’s (LSI’s) representative in the field. The Superintendent's role will be working as an equal with the Project Manager to successfully manage the project from start to finish. Our overall goal is to deliver successful projects to our clients.
Responsibilities
· Maintain a safety culture using tools provided to achieve a goal of zero lost time and zero accidents annually
· Maintain project quality that exceeds industry standards and the expectations of LSI, Architect, & Project Owner
· Maintain or exceed budget numbers for projects
· Maintain positive client, subcontractor and inspector relationships
· Maintain an understanding of project plans and specifications
· Maintain accurate project schedules and timelines
· Communication! Communicate effectively with all parties associated with the project
Activities
· Conduct weekly safety observation, complete forms, and distribute appropriately
· Conduct on-site safety orientations for LSI employees and subcontractors
· Continuously update project schedule and distribute to appropriate parties
· Coordination and compliance with all federal, state and/or local permits
· Communicate with the project manager daily regarding progress, etc.
· Complete daily jobsite reports
· Participate and own punch walks and oversee the completion of punch list items
· Maintain timecards for any LSI employee assigned to the project site
· Maintain company-owned equipment in a professional manner
· Maintain a clean work-site

Education and/or Experience:
· Prefer 3 years residential construction experience
· Site development with utilities and grading expertise a plus
· Solid communication and organizational skills
· Computer proficiency with Outlook email, Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, etc.), Bluebeam, Sharepoint
· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
· College Degree or Military experience a plus
· Valid driver’s license and clean record (CDL a bonus)

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
