Delivery Specialist/Commercial Driver

LIT Method is seeking all the movers and shakers that are looking to disrupt the fitness industry through our Low Impact Training Method. Our company is built around our innovative and creative approach to fitness and is driven by our community.

The Role:

• LIT Method is looking for a passionate, high-energy, and professional commercial driver to deliver our strength machines to customers in Southern California
• You will be part of a fast-growing and high-paced team that is the driving force of sales and relationships. Our delivery drivers are masters of our products, services, and brand.

Responsibilities:

• Complete deliveries through excellent customer service, and product knowledge.
• Drive to our Ontario warehouse to pick up and drop off machines
• Transport shipment from the warehouse to our West Hollywood headquarters
• Package accessories boxes and label (as needed during the holidays)
• Manage delivery route and maintain communication with the customer prior to delivery
• Periodically provide white glove, assembled deliveries of our machines to customers' homes
• Maintenance of your designated fleet vehicle
• Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of LIT Methods products and brand image.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid CA driver's license, with a clean record
• This position involves loading, unloading and carrying LIT Method products ranging from 35lbs to 125 lbs with assistance, sometimes up and down stairs
• Adhere to LIT Method's standards of safety for yourself, your team members and our customers on and off the road at all times
• Prior customer service - preferably in a customer-focused environment.
• Ambitious, hardworking, and team-oriented.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• An appreciation of fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs without assistance, sometimes up and down stairs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
