What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at LITHERMANS LIMITED?
Lithermans Brewing Company is looking for a part-time bookkeeper/office manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, attentive, highly organized and gets along well with others. This role will include bookkeeping duties as well as providing support to the General Manager as needed.
The schedule is flexible and is expected to be between 15-20 hours/week but can be more hours if candidate is willing to take on additional duties. We have locations in Concord and Portsmouth, NH and work site can be at either location.
Responsibilities
*Accounts Payable *Accounts Receivable *Collecting W-9s from vendors, year-end 1099s *Processing payroll *Reconciling cash drawers *Cash deposits *Bank reconciliations *Inventory reconciliations
Qualifications
*Experience with QuickBooks (preferably Desktop) *Basic understanding of financial statements *Multi-site and/or manufacturing accounting experience helpful but not required (including COGS & inventory management)
