Our Body Shop is one of the largest in the Reno market, with many long term employees that are focused on providing the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities: Monitor, direct and administer all aspects of production work flow. Manage the administration, tracking and follow-up required to stay current on warranty and receivables. Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed. Address customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional, courteous and prompt manner. Develop staff by setting and communicating performance/production expectations, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, coaching and mentoring. Comply with company safety policies and procedures. Timely completion of body shop department reporting and month-end procedures. Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Body Shop Manager-REQUIRED Strong customer service focus Solid understanding of estimating process and system Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence The estimated annual earning range for this position is $96,000.00 to $144,000.00, which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
