We're looking for an individual who can make a real difference in children's lives and who has an interest in working with young children. The successful candidate will help prepare children for school, ensure that they are safe, and teach them age-appropriate skills. Our school promotes a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere, so we are interested in hiring individuals who have patience, love working with children and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Use child safety kits.
  • Organize and lead activities.
  • Follow pre-made lesson plans.
  • Keep children safe and happy.
  • Keep children interested in activities.
  • Know how to treat cuts, scrapes, and burns.
  • Work with infants., have patience., be outgoing., have a love for children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Patient demographics:

  • Children
  • Infants

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • No weekends

Experience:

  • Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
