ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for receiving, verifying, and recording cash wagers from customers.
• Start gaming equipment and enter the number of each ball selected until the number of balls specified for each game is selected.
• Scan winning tickets presented by customers, calculate the amount of winnings, and pay customers.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES 

• Accountable for all cash transactions for wagers from customers.
• Run floor for collection of tickets from customers and return tickets prior to the game being called.
• Return payouts to winning customers.
• Promote positive customer relations.
• Responsible for knowing all events in the property.
• Attend all mandatory meetings and training.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Display sensitivity to Native American Culture.
• Operate within the parameters of the Little Creek Human Resource Policies, Departmental Policies and all other applicable regulations. 
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months related experience and/or training
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission.
• Must be 21 years of age
