Job Summary:
The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for all functions related to be-weekly payroll processing. Additional responsibilities include month-end accounting entries, internal customer relations to all department managers and employees as well as third party administrators on all payroll related inquiries. Would input and process by-weekly payroll for supported individuals. Perform monthly reconciliation of benefit carrier invoices, payroll withholdings and liability accounts. Prepares monthly journal entries and assists Controller with monthly closings as needed.
Requirements:
A minimum of two years experience plus demonstrated experience in account reconciliations and Microsoft Excel. Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred. Experience with non-profit a plus.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
