Little Hearts is hiring a leader and Center Director, who can play a key role in the lives of staff, parents, and children by inspiring our team to achieve excellence, form meaningful relationships, advocating for the education and wellbeing of children, and leading a high-quality child care center.
The director will be responsible for the overall management and operations of Little Hearts ensuring the provision of high-quality child care, reaching a 5-star rating, and supervision of the children in a safe and nurturing environment.
They will oversee the implementation of educational programs, compliance with state regulation requirements, staff management, and parent communication.
The Director must be approved by the state OOL and has at least 2 years of experience as a Director or Assistant Director of a daycare center.
