What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant - Floater position at Little Rockers, LLC?
We are looking for an Office Assistant/Floater to join our team.
Hours are flexible. They will be 12:00PM - 6:00 PM OR 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM depending on needs.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Ability to work collaboratively in part of a three-person management team, rotating open to close schedule to ensure the center is running smoothly during business hours.
- Helping in classrooms/Covering breaks as needed
- Willingness to be trained in and assisting with administrative duties
- Assist with record keeping and documentation as required
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude towards children
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
