Site Strategy Coordinator

Little Words Project is looking for a Site Strategy Coordinator to join our team to support the day-to-day site performance, content management, merchandising, and operations to create a seamless customer journey. We are looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented problem solver to deliver excellent on-site experiences. This role provides a great opportunity to learn about the digital business and play an integral part in our growing eCommerce department's success. This position reports to the VP of Site Strategy.

Responsibilities 

• Support Marketing, Digital, Technical, and merchandising teams to launch site content and products 
• Work with the Marketing Team to build and maintain site content, including updating the homepage, landing pages, and navigation 
• Manage upcoming launches and coordinate deliverables with the Marketing team 
• Implement SEO best practices, including content structure, meta tags, and alt tags 
• Analyze search data to organize category setup as well as visual merchandising execution 
• Act as support for eCommerce team with various projects or programs/vendors, as needed 
• Oversee product management, including ensuring that website inventory is accurate and optimized 
• Supervise promotions/sales (work with developer for script-based sales and marketing team for website updates needed) 
• Daily QA of the site to ensure accuracy and functionality, identifying and correcting errors to ensure a seamless customer experience 
• Develop analyses on site performance through video recordings, heat maps, and user testing 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required 
• 2-3 years of eCommerce experience with Shopify 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel 
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Google Analytics, and Searchspring is a plus
• Consumer goods/fashion/lifestyle brand experience is preferred 
• Proficient computer skills, ability to work within multiple programs 
• Ability to problem-solve, take initiative, be forward-thinking, and anticipate needs 
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Ability to take direction and turn top-level strategies into actionable plans
