Insurance Specialist

I am looking for someone who wants to learn a new skill that you can use to build and grow the future you want within a healthy and respectful workplace. I had people who believed in me when I was getting started so don’t let not having lots of education or degrees discourage you from applying. In this position you will be provided with the training and tools free of charge to get your license. I will pay for these if you have the personality, drive, ambition and skill sets that I’m looking for. I'll allow you 30 days once you get your study material, to get on there and knock out those online courses and pass your test. Once we get you licensed in Property & Casualty, which basically means auto and home insurance you can start in the office and train hands on under current staff or myself by watching and learning how to call our home and auto insurance leads, quote policies, and help someone feel more comfortable about what they have and need when it comes to home & auto insurance from a local person and agency.

Were a small local agency so you'll be calling local leads only, people who have said they wanted a quote on their home or auto insurance. So, it's not like you're calling them talking about something out of the norm. Everyone has insurance and everyone always will. So, get in a market with job stability that has opportunity to grow.

Once your licensed and start you will get your base pay and a monthly bonus for every person that you bind or bring in that ends up getting a policy with us. You can do it!
