We’re one of the most successful regional gaming and hospitality companies in the country and need a Hotel Digital Marketing Manager to help our business units unlock more growth. You’ll captain the digital marketing of 2 luxury boutique hotels with another on the way, leading online promotion and reputation. You’ll manage online travel agency (OTA) relationships to maximize revenue, partner with our sales team on marketing initiatives and our analytics team on reporting. We’re also looking for you to bring your POV on SEO, SEM and social media for the hotel. The Hotel Digital Marketing Manager will be working remotely, with monthly travel to our properties.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact: 

• Online Sales 

• Manage online partner, currently Travelclick, in developing paid search and programmatic display advertising, promotional offers and keyword targeting 
• Partner with hotel strategy team on implementing promotional rate codes, property teams to approve creative and agencies to produce assets 

• Online Marketing 

• Collaborate with OTAs and GDS as marketing lead to generate incremental transient bookings and improve online profiles 
• Work with consortia to drive incremental booking activity 

• Monitor and update online hotel reputation across multiple outlets (TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc.) 
• Lead online marketing programs such as Guest Book and identify others that expand hotel audience 
• Collaborate with property marketing teams to optimize hotel webpages for SEO and social media channels for hotel posts 

• Guest Experience 

• Optimize new and returning guest email marketing to inform about on-property amenities and offers 

• Lead mobile check-in and mobile key rollout plan 
• Collaborate with hotel operations team on implementing and updating in-room QR codes and hotel TV channel for hotel information 

• Team Marketing Support 

• Assist analytics team on monthly, quarterly and ad hoc hotel analysis 

• New Hotel Opening Support 

• Plan new Bossier City, LA hotel media launch strategy 
• Set up new hotel online presence and guest experience like other properties 

• Digital Marketing Team Engagement 

• Participate in regular enterprise digital marketing reporting 
• Manage Social Media Specialist 

• Miscellaneous 

• • Collaborate with corporate and property stakeholders to support business goals, keeping stakeholders informed of performance and projects 
  • Assist gaming and gaming operations, floors promotions, Live! Rewards, as needed

Qualifications

Must-Haves: 

• Education 

• A four (4)-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Media relations or a related field or equivalent work experience 
• Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus. 
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Certification is a Plus 

• Experience  

• 4 to 10 years’ experience implementing product or service marketing digital and social strategy, managing campaigns, driving results, and reporting on progress for a high-volume business or industry is required. 

• Hotel marketing background required 
• Field marketing and revenue management experience a plus 
• Gaming industry experience is a plus but not required. 

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by Maryland and/or Pennsylvania gaming authorities. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to: 

• Occasionally stand for extended periods of time. 
• Reach for specific objects at short distances in local working area. 
• Sit 60% of the time 

• Use of stairs and elevators
