Why We Need Your Talents

The Kitchen Equipment Engineer responsibility is to maintain all kitchen related equipment on property.

• Must have Universal Refrigeration License (HVAC-R)

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Performs maintenance and repairs of large & small kitchen equipment.
• Repairs of plumbing and associated equipment i.e., snake stopped drains, repair leaks in piping, faucets and drains.
• Performs maintenance and repairs of refrigeration and ice machines.
• Assists Outside Contractors.
• Assist in general maintenance services, projects, and repairs as determined by management.
• Performs additional job duties as determined by management.

Qualifications

Skills You'll Need to Succeed

• Basic knowledge electrical and refrigeration equipment
• General and preventative maintenance experience required
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and hazardous chemicals.
• Knowledgeable of planning, reading, writing, using math, and discriminating colors.
• Ability to read blueprints and computer printouts.
• Requires mental alertness.
• Able to follow directions in completing tasks, while directing others.
• Working at various tempos and working rapidly. 

A Few Must Haves

• High school education / GED
• Universal Refrigeration License
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

Physical Requirements

• Requires ability to work in confined spaces.
• Requires use of sight abilities, eye/hand coordination, and observing details.
• Reaching, stooping, bending, crawling, kneeling, sitting, standing and twisting.
• Requires manual dexterity and wrist motion.
• Requires lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Able to wear personal protective equipment.
• Hot/cold temperatures, outside/inside, wet/humid, vibrations.
• Walk and stand on uneven surfaces, stand on concrete.
• Use of chemicals.
