The Restaurant Manager for Sports & Social is responsible and accountable for administration, operation, and direct management of the restaurant. 

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and assist in a supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget.
• Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food and drink necessary to operate.
• Developing staff - includes training, interviewing for new hires and assisting with performance management inclusive of disciplinary counseling and conducting performance evaluations.
• Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment.
• Delegate authority and assign responsibilities.
• Review departmental status with appropriate manager.
• Develop, implement and supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
• Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned, including taking part in the cook line production when necessary.

• Knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulation.
• A variety of task and deadlines requires irregular work schedule.

• Accuracy in completing assigned duties in a timely manner.

A Few Must Haves

• Preferred, five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in restaurant supervision.
• Preferred, four (4)-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the State and Gaming Commission for the position.

• Ability to work long hours.
