The Outlet Supervisor is responsible and accountable for the administration, operation, and direct management of the restaurant.

- Specific Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and assist in a supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget for the restaurant.
- Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food, and drink necessary to operate the restaurant.
- Developing servers, hosts, cashiers, and utility staff. To include training, interviewing for new hires, assisting with performance management inclusive of disciplinary counseling, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Review staffing levels to maintain the budgeted levels of employment.
- Delegate authority and assign duties as necessary.
- Review departmental status with Manager.
- Develop, implement and supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
- Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to analyze and interpret operation results.

- Ability to perform assigned duties under pressure.
- Knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulations.
- A variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.
- Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment.
- Accuracy in completing assigned duties in a timely manner.
- Educational Requirements
- Three (3) years experience in restaurant supervision and/or management, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission for the position and an Alcohol Beverage Control card and any applicable health certifications.
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to work long hours.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning.
- Ability to climb stairs multiple times daily.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking-heavy work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body and arms.
- Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
- Working Conditions
- 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft. of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.
- Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
- You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
