The Outlet Supervisor is responsible and accountable for the administration, operation, and direct management of the restaurant.

CLEAN: Must make the property shine and look impeccable while maintaining a neat CLEAN and crisp personal appearance.

SAFE: Must make guests feel SAFE and comfortable by creating a worry-free, carefree experience.

Fast: Provide FAST and efficient service with accuracy. Meet service time requirements and anticipate guest needs.

FRIENDLY: Greet each guest with a FRIENDLY welcome, making eye contact and smiling. Use H.E.A.R.T. steps to ease guest concerns. Say thank you to departing guests.

FUN: Work passionately as a team to create a FUN experience both for everyone who works and plays here.

  • Specific Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop and assist in a supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget for the restaurant.
  • Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food, and drink necessary to operate the restaurant.
  • Developing servers, hosts, cashiers, and utility staff. To include training, interviewing for new hires, assisting with performance management inclusive of disciplinary counseling, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Review staffing levels to maintain the budgeted levels of employment.
  • Delegate authority and assign duties as necessary.
  • Review departmental status with Manager.
  • Develop, implement and supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
  • Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret operation results.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties under pressure.
  • Knowledge of sanitation laws and health regulations and applicable OSHA regulations.
  • A variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment.
  • Accuracy in completing assigned duties in a timely manner.
  • Educational Requirements
  • Three (3) years experience in restaurant supervision and/or management, purchasing, and inventory control.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission for the position and an Alcohol Beverage Control card and any applicable health certifications.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work long hours.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning.
  • Ability to climb stairs multiple times daily.
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking-heavy work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body and arms.
  • Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
  • Working Conditions
  • 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft. of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.
  • Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
  • You will work in an environment where smoking is allowed.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
